The Lacombe Art Guild encourages the production of original work among its members by means of sharing skills and information through monthly art classes, hosting art exhibitions, and by encouraging the public to appreciate the value of original art work produced by local artists.The Lacombe Art Guild is also a proud member of the Alberta Community Art Clubs Association (ACACA). History
Established in 2006, the Lacombe Art Guild has been instrumental in helping to lay the foundation for the development of the visual arts in Central Alberta. The Guild has an average of 25 members from year to year and is composed of people from all walks of life, all of whom share an appreciation of the visual arts and encourage artistic achievement.Lacombe's artistic community is recognized and continues to flourish. The Lacombe Art Guild is proud of its continuing involvement in this community, and for its role in promoting the visual arts in the region.
